Ghana has a varied geography which includes savanna, forests, waterfalls, cave systems, mountains, estuaries, and nature reserves Ghana's 560-kilometre (350-mile) coast is dotted by culturally significant castles,forts and harbours. The colours of the Ghana Flag are Red, Gold,Green and a Black. These colours have a meaning ;

 

Red: represents the blood of the people have died by toiling for Ghana our Motherland

Gold : represents the rich Minerals of our Land

Green: represents the our Vegetations and natural reserves

Blackstar: The black star was adopted from the flag of the Black Star Line, a shipping line incorporated by Marcus Garvey that operated from 1919 to 1922, and gives the Ghana national football team their nickname, the Blackstar.

 

Tourism is all about the Green. All the ten regions of this great country is endowed with rich Culture and natural sites with Volta region toping the chart with the most tourism sites.
